Equipment we rent
Our standard portable toilet holds 60 to 70 gallons and sits about 44 by 48 inches on the ground. It's the right choice for construction crews, outdoor events and temporary work sites. Restroom trailers are built for events and job sites where you need multiple stalls in one climate-controlled space. We stock 2-stall, 4-stall and larger units. For durable waste disposal, we offer roll-off dumpsters in 10, 20, 30 and 40 yard sizes. Storage containers work well for tools and materials on active job sites. Temporary fencing secures perimeters. Handwashing stations meet OSHA 1926.51(a)(1) potable water requirements and 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2) which mandates soap and towels or a hand drying device.
Maintenance and service
Every unit is serviced weekly. ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 baseline service is one visit per week for up to 10 users during a 40 hour work week. We pump holding tanks before they fill, deodorize, restock paper and hand soap, and empty waste. If you need more frequent service on a tight schedule, we'll work with you. Septic pumping keeps residential and commercial tanks healthy. A typical residential septic tank is pumped every 3 to 5 years depending on tank size and household size. A grease trap pumping service empties grease interceptors when fats, oils and solids reach 25 percent of the liquid depth.

Call or email to describe your job, dates and location in Gainesville or nearby. We'll ask how many people you're serving and for how long. If it's a construction site, we'll verify OSHA 1926.51(c) toilet counts. For events, we listen to your guest count and duration. We'll quote a price, confirm delivery and setup. Payment is due on or before delivery. Most rentals are straightforward. We handle the logistics.
What's the minimum rental period?
Most customers rent for a day, weekend, week or month. A daily rate is your choice if you need a unit for a single shift or a one-day event. Weekly rentals are common for short jobs. Monthly rentals work best if you're on site for weeks or longer. Pricing is lower per day as duration increases.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. We place the unit on a level spot you choose. Dumpsters and trailers need about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck for safe roll-off placement. We confirm the site meets your needs before the truck arrives.
Can I rent multiple units at once?
Absolutely. Many construction sites rent four or five standard toilets plus a dumpster. For large events, we've delivered 20 or more units to a single location. Let us know your headcount and we'll calculate what you need.
What if I need emergency service on a weekend?
Call us. We handle emergency rentals and emergency septic service on weekends. Weekend rates are higher than weekly rates, but we'll fit you in if we can.
